According to relevant circular’s paragraph E.31 “… monitoring repeater with a recorder (paper / digital) is available in the Cargo Control Room (CCR) and designed to be capable of setting a minimum of two desired alarms limits. This alarm should sound an audible and visual alarm in the Cargo Control Room (CCR) and on deck if the set limits are exceeded..” FHL Wind Data-Logger presents  the wind’s data such as relative speed/angle and true (optional), on a user friendly interface. Two Alarm inputs can be configured according to requirements. A dedicated window within the interface, displays and monitors the alarm generated when the limits are exceeded, while at the same time an external relay board is triggered to enable alarming on the outer deck.
